A bit sad, but this year was the last year of camping at Camp Kinglsley for my son.  He is a senior Webelos this year so that means he will be moving up next summer, so he is leaving Camp Kingsley behind.

If you have a Cub Scout in your family, and you have an opportunity to attend resident camp here, I highly encourage attending.  The staff here is certainly top notch and kept the boys (and parents) busy for 4 full days.  We camped last week from Wednesday night until Sunday afternoon.  I had to take Monday off from work just to recover.

Camp Directors Mike Coughlin and his wife Lori run a tight ship with a well experienced staff.  My thanks to them for making this another great experience for us.

The boys had lots of activities to keep them busy:

BMX biking

It definitely was a tiring 4 days for this out of shape guy.  My Fitbit said we averaged walking about 4 miles per day.  A lot of that was uphill!
