Laurie Mekeel, my hero, and a Lukins cook has brought Oneonta's cold cheese pizza to Lukin's on Varick Street. You won't find it on the menu only on the special board. After just one bite, you will be apart of the cult following for this dreamy. Cheesy, totally crave-worthy, go out of your way pizza.

There are a few differences for the Lukin's Cold Cheese vs. Oneonta's like their brick oven which takes their awesome pizza to the next level and the size of the slice. The Lunkin's slice is twice the size of a Oneonta slice which means double the cheese!

When you're on Varick Street make sure you stop at Lukins and try this addictive slice of heaven. Lukin's is open until 2 am for your dining pleasure on Saranac Thursday, Friday night, and again on Saturday night.
