CNY Contractor Makes Mugshot Monday

This week a local contractor is one of the criminals wanted by the New York Police. Mugshot Monday is a weekly feature on 96.1 The Eagle.

STEVEN J. DZIMITROWICZ
Wanted by the New York State Police
Troop D, SP HERKIMER
Wanted for grand larceny 3rd degree
STEVEN DZIMITROWICZ is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant issued August 8, 2017, by the Town of Litchfield Court. DZIMITROWICZ is charged with cashing a $7,000 check from a homeowner for a renovation project and not completing any of the work.

WILLIAM C. SCHOONMAKER

Wanted for petit larceny
WILLIAM C. SCHOONMAKER is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Sidney. In June of 2015, he was arrested after taking a dump truck without permission from his employer in Sidney Center, NY. Since being arrested, SCHOONMAKER has missed court dates and now the Town of Sidney Court has issued a bench warrant against him. SCHOONMAKER has a tribal tattoo on his left forearm.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana
PAUL L. HENRY is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. On March 14, 2015, Henry was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Henry was intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.

Wanted for grand larceny 4th degree
Robert L. Hill is wanted on Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Ballston Court. In April 2016, while working as a contractor, he collected $2,500 from a client for work he never performed or ordered materials for. He evaded arrest until August 2016 and subsequently disregarded court proceedings after that arrest.

Wanted for reckless endangerment, aggravated driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Gary Montplaisir is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court for the above charges. Montplaisir was involved in an accident on the Southern State Parkway in 2016 and was subsequently arrested for the above charges. Montpelier was operating a black BMW at the time of the accident. His last known address is in Brentwood, NY.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, speeding
Jason Grennon is wanted by the NYSP and the Town of Niagara Court on an active bench warrant issued on November 4, 2016. On March 9, 2016, Grennon was arrested for DWI and failure to appear on his scheduled court date.

RANDY M. JONES JR.

Wanted for criminal mischief 3rd degree
Randy Jones Jr. was arrested for criminal mischief after he left a local convenience store. Jones could not provide ID when he attempted to purchase cigarettes, he became irate and leaving the store kicked the front door and broke the glass. He failed to return to court to answer the charges and bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the Town of Wawarsing Court.

ROBERT J. PISANELLI is wanted by the New York State Police and the Town of Wappinger Justice Court following a Grand Larceny investigation. On January 26th, 2017, a warrant was issued by the Town of Wappinger Justice Court ordering the arrest of Pisanelli.

Wanted for unlawful imprisonment 2nd degree, disorderly conduct
Reginald E. Rice is wanted by the New York State Police regarding a Bench Warrant issued by the Village of Savona Court in November of 2015. Rice was convicted of the above charges following a road rage incident in 2014. Rice physically stood in front of a vehicle at a traffic light, removed its license plate and attempted to confront the operator with two children in the back seat.

Wanted for criminal possession of marijuana 1st degree
A bench warrant was issued on August 27, 2013, after Anson Jacco failed to appear in Franklin County Court on the above charge. The initial arrest occurred on November 2, 2011, when Jacco was found in possession of over 60 pounds of marijuana subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop in the town of Brighton.
