The Rome Rescue Mission is asking the community for help with providing Christmas meals and gifts to those less fortunate.Last year, the Rome Rescue Mission fed more than 350 people at its Christmas Celebration meal, distributed more than 250 meals to the poor and homeless and gave over 800 children gifts. With your donation, thousands of people enjoy a full Christmas meal.

There will always be people in our community who are hungry. Our doors are open to anyone who would like to enjoy a traditional Christmas meal.”

The Mission is asking for hams, potatoes, yams, mayo, pasta, sauce, dinner rolls, butter, bacon, eggs, juice, fresh fruit, and bagels, items for tossed salads, dressing, chips, dips, cheese and crackers for the annual Christmas meal.
