Chris Brown Says He Learned His Lesson After Beating Up Rihanna Years Ago

Can you believe it’s been 4 years since Chris Brown went ballistic on the love of his life? Well, time apparently heals as Rihanna has since forgiven him and he has learned that you don’t slap women around no matter yet. Funny, I was taught never to hit a girl way back in Kindergarten but he apparently was absent that day. Here’s what our rehabilitated entertainer has to say now…

“You can lose it all. I’m not just saying fame or stardom because that’s not what it’s about.  I’m talking about dignity [and] integrity.  You know, you lose yourself in a way. I can tell you I was arrogant and definitely hotheaded.  Everybody has a temper, but for me it was not knowing how to control it when I thought I had the world in my hands.” He also says he’s been working hard to earn back Rihanna’s trust and prove, quote, “how remorseful and sorry I was.”  He adds he’s “eternally thankful and grateful” for her support.

Well, I guess we can forgive him if she does. That was a whole 4 years ago and he hasn’t had any relapses that we know of… I’m still raising eyebrows based on the self-centered nature of his comments, wish he said something about the damage to her instead of himself. But if his leaf is truly turned over we can let this go too. But not without making him our celeb of the day once more cause his laundry is apparently all cleaned up now…
