I thought I'd heard of everything when it comes to beer, but then I heard about a new beer that forms a head on the bottom of the glass! When you pour it into a glass, the head remains on the bottom. And get this, the new brew is called: BottomsUp Beer from Lumbago Brewing.

So, even though the head is on the bottom of the glass, what does it taste like? According to Lumbago Brewing, BottomsUp is a yellow lager beer, brewed with 6 - row and wheat malts, and Cascade hops. It's not that strong, only 4.2 % alcohol by volume. And apparently the brew has a rich, malty flavor with only mild hop presence.

Cheers to the beer that's turning brewing on it's head...BottomsUp!
