Central and Upstate New York See First Snow of the Season
The first snow of the season has arrived in parts of central and upstate New York. A storm brought what skiers have been waiting all year for at Whiteface Mountain over the weekend.
Lynn Snow sent a picture of snow that fell in Starhill.
Lake Placid saw 10 inches of the white stuff.
Snow is also sticking in the Catskills which is good for the Plattekill ski hill.
You can also see how much snow is falling in Upstate New York at OldForgeSnow.com where a live webcam is set up.
Hard to believe it was just a few days before snow fell we were enjoying temperatures in the upper 70s and lower 80s.
Are you excited for snow this winter or would you rather take the snow and shove it?
