Canada's Bayou Boys, a CCR tribute band, will make their Central New York debut at Chili-Palooza, Saturday, October 15th at Herkimer County Fairgrounds. The Bayou Boys hit the road in 1989 and have toured all over Canada, the U.S, and Finland. (Yes, Finland!) Lead singer Mike McDonald's voice has often been compared to John Fogerty's and gives the band the signature CCR sound. But the Bayou Boys do more than sound like CCR. The 'Boys' stage presentation and costumes take you back to the early 70s peace revolution and take you right through "Rock and Roll Girls". The Bayou Boys will make you feel like you are experiencing Creedence Clearwater Revival in person as you sing along to CCR favorites, "Proud Mary", "Bad Moon Rising", "Travelin' Band", "Lookin' Out My Back Door", and more!

Chili-Palooza will feature continuous live music on 2 stages in addition to the chili cook-off as fire departments from all over Central New York compete for cash prizes and bragging rights for the best chili. For all the details check out our Chili-Palooza page. Tickets can also be purchased at 9418 River Rd. Marcy, NY 13403, any Fastrac Market, Big Apple Music, Italian Chef in New Hartford, Syracuse, and Utica, or call 315.768.9500.
