Can You Park Overnight On Streets In The City Of Utica?

I just moved into a new apartment in the City of Utica over the weekend. What was our moving present from the city? A $50 parking ticket. 

If you've been wondering about overnight parking in the City, don't do it. Apparently there is no overnight parking between 2AM - 6AM. As a new citizen to the city, I had no clue about this. The fine folks at City Hall have informed me that there are signs when you enter the city that state this fact.

If you'd like to get overnight parking, there is a way through City Hall.

So let me $50 parking ticket be a lesson to you, DO NOT leave your car on city streets at night.
