Buffalo Woman Files Federal Lawsuit To Stop Presidential Election
With the election coming up on Tuesday, things are getting crazy. Louise Nolley, of Buffalo, has filed a federal lawsuit to stop the Presidential election.
According to Buffalo News, the 62 year-old says the election must be stopped because both candidates are not worthy of the office of President.
“Neither of the candidates running for the Presidential seat shows that they can handle the position,” her lawsuit states, adding that “the character of both candidates falls far below” the standards needed.
She also wrote that ''The 2016 is a mockery of the United States Constitution and as such violates the Constitutional Right of every citizen of the United States. The Candidates running for the president of the United States will not be reliable to fulfill the role of Chief of State. She also added that both candidates have trust issues.
