Is Beer and Wine Delivered With Your Pizza Coming To CNY?

Pizza Hut just started testing beer delivery in Arizona with wine available in January. Will this be making it's way to New York?

Arizona Pizza Hut customers will be able to order six-packs of Budweiser, bud lite, Shocktop and a local craft beer. Pizza Hut knows that hot pizza and cold beer is a great combination and wants to bring both items to your front door. Actual testing started in Phoenix on Tuesday and Pizza Hut hope to expand alcohol delivery to other markets next year.

"Phoenix was chosen to test the alcohol delivery in the marketplace because it already had locations that served beer and wine and is in an area that consistently mimics customer behavior patterns seen nationwide".said, Stacy Lynn Bourgeois, Director of Brand Marketing for Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut has been in a battle for delivery sales with Domino's and the chain wanted a way to distinguish itself from other competitors.
