The study is in and it has been determined that if you yak yak yak on your cell phone for more than an hour a day, you could be subjecting yourself to inner ear damage and a loss of hearing.  Dr. Robert Feehns, an otologist, hearing specialist, in Denver, Colorado, says further research needs to be done to establish a direct link between cell phone use and deafness, but experts advise cutting back until the results are final.   See your doctor right away if you notice ringing in your ears it's an early sign that your inner ear has sustained damage.  Oh, here's an idea.  Use the speaker function on your phone.  Most of them have them nowadays.  The speaker function is definitely more useful while driving as it makes it much much safer to drive.
