Be sure to join me, Jumpin’ Zach Flash, for Central New York’s Greatest Hits every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here are some things you may not know about me. My favorite musician is John Lennon (this explains my round glasses—it's NOT because I am a Harry Potter fan). My favorite John Lennon song has to be “Give Peace a Chance.” My favorite Beatles songs are “Don’t Let Me Down” and “Come Together.” My hobby is photography, and you can see a lot of my work right here on this website—search “Zach’s Weekly Snaps” to check out my photos.

If you are a fan of Yoko Ono, she has a new catchy music video. It's called "Bad Dancer," and it features a few familiar faces. Not only is Yoko in the video, it features Ira Glass, Reggie Watts and Questlove. I must say, the song is catchy; however, I'm not sure if it will be on repeat on my iPod.

Here’s How to Harvest Sunflower Seeds [VIDEO]
Every year, I plant a little garden at my house. This year, I decided to add sunflowers. They are very beautiful to look at (you can see them in the picture--they are from my garden). However, the sunflowers I grew this year were not big enough to be able to harvest the seeds--there's always next year. But, if you do have giant sunflowers at your house, and you have always wondered how to harvest
Do Dogs Really Know Right from Wrong? [VIDEO]
Can a dog really know what is right and what is wrong? For those of us with dogs, when our four-legged friend does something wrong, there is always that sad-puppy-dog look, right? And because our dogs give us that look, is that enough proof to show they know they did something wrong? For us dog owners, we usually think so. However, as you'll see in the video below, according to at least one resear
Being Vegan at the New York State Fair [PHOTOS]
It's fair time. Yes, the Great New York State Fair is in full swing. And for many people, the highlight of the annual fair is the food.
