Who remembers Saturday morning cartoons? I remember them, but I’m not really sure when they actually died out. I would imagine it was pretty close to the time that stations like Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and others, started broadcasting their programs pretty much 24/7.
What’s for dinner? I’m hungry! This is what you hear at my house all the time. Sometimes it’s the kids asking. After a long day of work, especially if mom and dad both work, you don’t want to slave over a hot stove, especially in the middle of summer.
still trying to make sense about this past weekend. as some of you know while i was in boston a scumbag walked into our home and physically hurt amy, stole some of her belongings, and made samantha do something a child should never have to do... call 911. this incident could have been so much worse, but what it did do is bad enough.
So I was driving down 49 the other day and I couldn’t help but notice the change of colors of some the foliage of certain trees. Have you seen it? I’m sure you have. It’s only August, so why are we seeing the colors already? Could it be a sign of an early fall? If that is the case, I’m sure means an even earlier winter. I’m still getting over the winter we had earlier this year. Definitely not ready for that.
