Life is getting back to normal for an Army cadet involved in a fight with a bodyguards for Patti LaBelle. Richard King has been reinstated at West Point. The military academy says King will start classes today and is eligible to graduate in December. On March 11th King got into a fight with bodyguards for Patti LaBelle at a Houston airport. According to Houston radio station KHOU, King has been found innocent of any crime:

"The HPD recently informed West Point of the results of their thorough investigation, including their finding that Richard is not considered to have committed any crime. Richard very much appreciates the professionalism of the HPD in doing so, and of West Point in considering the new information provided them," attorney John Raley said. - KHOU.com

King filed a lawsuit against LaBelle claiming her bodyguards attacked him for no reason. LaBelle countersued claiming Kind was drunk at the time and yelling racial slurs.
