Check the fridge. If you have Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider, you may want to return it. Some cases 12 and 6-packs are being recalled for broken or exploding bottles according to the FDA.

The affected cider is limited to two batches, produced on June 15 and June 29, 2015. The affected bottle may show signs of re-fermentation, which could result in increased carbonation levels, and in some instances, bottles may overflow when opened or burst under increased pressure.

Affected Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider:

•12-pack: look for the "Freshness Matters" code printed on the top or side panel of the case. If that code begins with "June 2016 1665C" and is immediately followed by 4 digits between the range of 0001 through 0700 OR "June 2016 1805C" and is immediately followed by 4 digits between 0001 through 0545, those bottles may have been impacted.

•Individual bottle: locate the inkjet code printed directly on the glass, on the "shoulder" of the bottle just below the neck label. If that code falls within the ranges of C16650001 through C16650530 OR C18050001 through C18050415, that cider may have been impacted.

Customers are asked to dispose of the recalled bottles. The company will issue a full refund.

No illnesses or injuries have been reported.
