It is always lots of fun to take a ride aboard The Adirondack Scenic Railroad. However this time of year is a little bit better with the leaves changing.

The Adirondack Scenic Railroad is one of the best attractions in Central New York. It is a great trip no matter what age you are. You can enjoy many scenic excursions that depart from Utica's Union Station or Thendara near Old Forge. There are also departures from Saranac Lake and Lake Placid.
