A New Store Set To Open In The Shopping Plaza In West Rome
An Oneida business is expanding to west Rome with a new store after 30 years in the community. The Thompson Appliance and Furniture store will be opening a new location in the Rome-Taberg plaza in Rome.
The store sells appliances and furniture as well as mattresses and offers dishwasher installation, free delivery, and removal. Owners Marty Winchell, along with his wife Sue are very excited to expand their business to Rome. They believe Rome will be a good fit for their company offering the public with quality products and personalized customer service.
The company has been family owned for 30 years in their Oneida location, they have a passionate commitment to care for their customers and their growing needs
The store will be open weekdays from 9 am - 7 pm, 9 am - 4 pm Saturdays and noon - 4 pm Sundays beginning Monday, January 8th with their grand opening.
