We've all seen it. The jerk who parks wherever and however he wants. How hard is it to park your car? There's even lines painted on the ground in most places to give you an idea of where your car is suppose to go. But there's a lot of boneheads in Central New York who could use a parking lesson or two.

Check out these 9 boneheads who either don't know how to park or think rules and lines don't apply, like this police officer who was caught in a handicap spot in Greece, New York.

Consumer Square in New Hartford

Not only is this jerk taking two spots in Consumer Square, but it was a week before Christmas when parking is at a premium.

Main Street in Holland Patent

Jenny Webb and her kids watched this guy park on Main Street in Holland Patent. Her kids may have done a better job.

Friendly's in Syracuse

It isn't very Friendly to park in a handicap spot, especially when you're business and phone number are on the side of your vehicle.

Tops Friendly Market in Syracuse

These extra lines at the Top's Friendly Market in Syracuse don't mean you have extra room. At least pull all the way in!

Little Falls Price Chopper

There's the drivers who won't pull all the way in and then there's this guy. Tonya Shaut couldn't even put groceries in the trunk "because this driver decided to go bumper to bumper."

Chadwicks

So umm. Looks like a parking lot at a concert but Annmarie Di Paolo says it's "outside my bedroom window." Maybe they need some lines to show them where to park, not that they'd pay attention anyway.

What we need is a hundred or so of THESE tickets for inconsideration. I'd gladly stick one under the windshield of a badly parked car.

If you see any boneheads that can't park send them to Polly@BigFrog104.com.
