Now that the weather's getting nice, we've got a slew of outdoor dining spots you'll not want to miss out on...

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (246 W Willow St., Syracuse)

You knew Fried Green Tomatoes was a popular movie from 1991, but unless you're from the south, you may not know that you can actually order this delicious treat at the Dinosaur. They're served with buttermilk dressing, and Romano cheese; and they're awesome! Of course they have plenty of smoky ribs, chicken and pork too.

According to Syracuse.com, Dinosaur B-Que offers a no frills but highly rewarding outdoor dining experience:

No beautiful lake views here. Just ape-hanger handle bars and exhaust pipes. The original Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has street-side tables out front, and a porch off the Upstairs at the Dino on the second floor. But the real outdoor attraction here is the Boneyard, a dining area complete with full bar.

Borio's Restuarant (8891 McDonnells Parkway, Cicero)

If you and your special someone are ready for a romantic date night, consider taking her or him to a special little place called Borio's. Borio's offers scenic, waterfront dining, and overlooks Oneida Lake. Make reservations at sunset, and your night out is sure to be even more romantic.

Our favorite dish at Borio's is the Baked Stuffed Haddock. It's loaded with delcious, Maryland crab meat, and served with a side of delectable dill relish. According to Syracuse.com:

An outstanding view of Oneida Lake rewards those who sit outside at Borio's Restaurant-- but if you have to, the views are pretty good through the dining room windows, too. Seafood, prime rib, etc., plus live bands on the patio.

Francesca's Cucina (545 N. Salina St., Syracuse)

Not only does Francesca's offer outdoor dining at its best, they also have a fire pit to keep you toasty on those chilly spring, and summer evenings. One of the other things we love about Francesca's, is the fact that they specialize in regional specialties; including UTICA greens, and Chicken Riggies.

According to Syracuse.com:

Francesca's is tucked between North Salina Street and Interstate 81? You'd never know it while sitting out on the garden-style patio at Francesca's Cucina. The restaurant in the North Side's Little Italy district combines classic and modern takes on Italian cuisine. The patio adds a trattoria touch.
