25 Delicious Years in Rome, N.Y.

Award winning riggies, dozens of actual teddy bears, and a retro-type atmosphere is what you'll find at this Rome restaurant as it celebrates it's 25th anniversary.  In addition to those chicken riggies, the menu at Teddy's on Black River Boulevard features Homemade Lasagna, a Backyard BBQ Burger, Haddock Saprano, St. Louis Ribs and many other delicious offerings.

The inside décor at Teddy's might be more than you'd expect from a strip mall location. It looks more like it would be in a vintage downtown building instead.

The restaurant theme is certainly a tribute to the former New York Governor and 26th President of the United States, Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt.  From the photos, portraits, teddy bears placed throughout, and outdoor sign, there is no escaping the Teddy theme.   Take a few minutes to notice, and you'll learn that Mr. Roosevelt was not only a statesman, he was an explorer, naturalist and a reformer.
