This had to be one of the coldest, if not the coldest days in the history of the Heart Run Walk.

We were stationed on the top of Heartbreak Hill and could tell the cold trimmed the number of runners that came through. The walkers were about the same in numbers, until about 10am. There were three massive groups that came through between 10 and 11:30am and after that, nothing.

If it was 10 to 15 degrees warmer ,the number of runners and walkers would have probably doubled.
